The Town of Charlemont is implementing a $173,000 energy savings performance contract that is guaranteed to save upwards of $4,800 per year in energy cost savings. Comprehensive energy savings measures are being implemented in 3 municipal buildings, including the historic Town Hall building above. The project is supported with grants and rebates from the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources and the local utility.
